This package includes tables and chairs with 6 hours. Set up and break down must be within the hours allotted. It comes with  2500 of usable sqft, 2 full bathrooms, lighting, speaker system bluetooth compatible (If you don't have a DJ), and 2 large parking lots. The bar area "Kitchen" is NOT included
